Shipping Information, Out of Stock Items, Return and Refund Policies
All orders shipped within the United States are insured. In the unlikely event you should receive a damaged item, please contact us for
details on how to place a claim for damaged merchandise. DO NOT return the broken item before contacting us first. Since we use
Delivery Confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for nondelivery of items that show a confirmed delivery with the carrier. Likewise,we
cannot predict a delivery day. Once an item leaves our studio, it is beyond our capacity to control its delivery, however, we can
give an estimate based on information provided by the carrier.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect
information given to us.
International orders are not insured unless the buyer specifically requests insurance.
Additional charges will apply. International customers who do not request insurance must purchase at their own risk. A certificate
of mailing is included on all international orders as a guarantee that their order was shipped.
Occasionally, items become unavailable faster than we can update the web site. In the event you order something that is no longer available,
you will be contacted by email and offered a substitute of equal or greater value or a refund. If you do not respond within 24 business hours,
you will automatically be given a refund for the out of stock item(s) and the balance of your order will be shipped. Should you wish to
substitute other items after this 24-hour period, you will need to place a new order through the web site.
Items are accepted for return for any reason within 14 days. Full refunds for the cost of the items will be issued if the
items are in sellable condition. Custom work, patterns and instructional booklets are not refundable.
Shipping costs are never refunded. Items returned after 14 days or items that have been worn, used, damaged, or are in
otherwise poor condition will not be accepted for refund. Likewise, uninsured, damaged items will not be accepted for refund. It
is advised that all returns be insured for the full value in the event an item is damaged or lost in shipment.
No refunds or replacements are
given until the item is returned to us!
