We are available to take orders and answer questions between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Central time, Monday through Saturday. If you call outside these hours of operation, you may leave a message. We will return your call during our normal hours of operation. Return Policy Items are accepted for return for any reason within 14 days. Full refunds for the cost of the items will be issued if the items are in sellable condition. Custom work, patterns and instructional booklets are not refundable. Shipping costs are not refunded. Items returned after 14 days or items that have been worn, used, damaged, or are in otherwise poor condition will not be accepted for refund. Likewise, uninsured, damaged items will not be accepted for refund. It is advised that all returns be insured for the full value in the event an item is damaged or lost in shipment. No refunds are given until the item is returned to us! All orders shipped within the United States are insured. In the unlikely event you should receive a damaged item, we will be happy to assist you in placing a claim with the carrier - not with Glassy Lady. Insurance claims must be placed by the buyer with the carrier. Do not return the item to Glassy Lady for insurance claims as this will void any possible refund and result in additional charges. Damaged or broken items must be presented to the carrier as the buyer received them, not as they were returned to Glassy Lady. In cases of nondelivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to present proof of purchase, evidence of price paid (credit card statement), and proof of nondelivery to the carrier. Again, we will assist you as much as we are able, but we cannot be held responsible for missing items. Once an item leaves our studio, it is beyond our capacity to control its delivery. International orders are not insured unless the buyer specifically requests insurance. Additional charges will apply. International customers who do not request insurance must purchase at their own risk. A certificate of mailing is included on all international orders as a guarantee that their order was shipped.
