Each of my labyrinth pendants, like each life journey the labyrinth represents, is unique.  But all start with a mixture of glass powder and binders to form an argil or clay.  After mixing the ingredients, I then form the basic shape of each pendant.  Once dried, the form is sanded, sculpted, carved, drilled with the labyrinth design, inlaid with glass powder of a contrasting color, and then fired in a kiln to burn away the binders.  The resulting pendant is pure glass.  None of the details made in the clay prior to firing are lost, but rather are enhanced when the binder is gone.

This pendant measures approximately 2 inches in diameter.  The labyrinth pendant pictured to the left has an aquamarine glass base, cranberry glass paths, and copper accents which give this glass argil pendant an rustic look.

As with all my labyrinth pendants, this one-of-a-kind item is handcrafted in the USA.
