Dichroic glass has a special coating which allows light and color to be both transmitted and/or reflected, depending on the glass upon which the coating is applied.  It produces a shimmer and metallic shine that is simply gorgeous. 

This rectangular Celtic knot design is placed in a diamond shaped piece of glass and measures approximately 1 inch square.  A black cord is included.
